How can I pay?
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or BACS/CHAPS (details on request.) All cheques payable to 'Mason's Maintenance.' Unless otherwise stated payment will be due on completion. Where invoiced payment terms will be 7 days from Invoice date.
I already have a quote, can you better it?
We will aim to match or better any other local competitive quote you have been given.
Are you insured?
The Company has full Public Liability Insurance of £1M.
Do you just provide a service to private properties?
No, we provide a service to the private and commerical sector. Our client base includes many residential properties and local companies. We also maintain a number of communal gardens for residential flats & houses.
What about the materials I need?
We can supply all your materials and where necessary arrange for skip hire.
What happens to my waste?
We are a Licenced Waste Carrier with the Environment Agency, our registration number is EAN/940304. This means we can legally move waste from your property. We will recycle any green waste which is composted, and then used for land reclamation.
Do you do one-off jobs or just regular maintenance?
We will be more than happy to provide a quotation for one-off jobs, or regular jobs such as grass cutting etc.
